Services

All services are quoted as local to my location (Palos Verdes Estates). For any locations outside of Palos Verdes Estates, additional charges may apply. 


All fees and charges are due upon confirmed appointment. There is a non-refundable policy for all services, however the client is able to reschedule within 48 hours without additional fees. Under 48 hours is subject to a 25 percent rescheduling fee.


Any releases or waivers must be signed and completed 48 hours prior to any scheduled appointment. 


Portrait photography is not available in my list of services. For any special requests or inquiries into a private appointment/function, please email me.

Most services are based on an hourly rate of $250 per hour with a minimum of two hours, including travel time. Mileage is billed at $1.55 per mile outside of the South Bay (to and from location). 


Brand building/marketing/Advertisement

Who is this for?

Brand building is for owners and managers who want to cover every angle from first impression to lasting results. Clients who benefit highly from this are hotels, apartments, retirement/assisted living, hospitals, air bnb and camping locations. This is for those who cater to the clients that do not rely solely on words, but want to see the story, provided with a complete picture of why you are the best, showing a sense of pride and artistic appreciation for where you are. An ideal example of this are timeshare properties. This is excellent for web developers and marketing experts. 

What is provided?

The best quality cameras and lenses are only used.  Every aspect of your business is considered, providing you with a range of digital to tangible solutions. An experienced interior designer is available who stages and prepares spaces for photography (for an additional fee), initial consultation with an estimate of cost and timeframe. Then, with the help of your staff, photoshoots are scheduled of your business, areas, products and details. Additional photos of surrounding landmarks, businesses, landscapes are then performed. The photography is processed and then released to you in digital form, set for your review. Once reviewed additional options of print and publications are discussed. Once approved, additional print solutions and beautiful artistic photography becomes available to display. 

Cost

Prices start at $500 for a basic photography shoot of a small/boutique property. Included are at least 15 digital photos with drone photography included. This includes a property that is ready to be photographed and not in need of any additional staging. Staging and additional preparation requires a labor cost of $250 per hour with a minimum of two hours. 


Photography of neighboring scenery and businesses are an additional fee of $250 per hour with a minimum of two hours. 


The size, amount of interior and surrounding photos are considered when pricing each business. 


The average cost for a complete small property is $800 to $1100

The average cost for a complete medium property is $1000 tp $2500

The average cost for a complete large property is $1500 to $5000

Interior Photography/Art

Who is this for?

This is for the homeowner and businessowner who would like to furnish their wall(s) with locally inspired art and photography. Whether it is one photo or an entire building, I am prepared to accommodate your visual wishes. 

What is provided?

A free initial consultation is set-up between us so I may get an idea of what you are wanting to put on your walls. 


An experienced interior designer is available for additional follow-up meetings at a rate of $250 per hour with a minimum of one hour. 


Once a decision has been established, an estimate will be emailed and printing/framing will begin upon full payment. 

Cost

Cost is subject to outcome of free consultation.


An interior designer/stager is available at a rate of $250 per hour at a minimum of one hour. 


Small prints (11x14) average cost is $280 (without frame and shipping)

Medium prints (16x20) average cost is $375 (without frame and shipping)

Large prints (24x36) average cost is $490 (without frame and shipping)


*Larger sizes are available and require special pricing


Metal prints are available for an additional fee (in the same sizes as above) 


Volume price reduction begins at five prints and higher. 

Digital Solutions

Who is this for?

This is for everyone. If you are any business or any person who wants to take advantage of a library full of always growing inventory of local photography, then this is excellent. Whether you want to be specific to a localized area or the South Bay or Los Angeles, this provides digital photography available as a singular drive or can be part of a larger set-up involving multi-room displays. Homeowners and businessowners have found this to be an extraordinarily cost effective approach to maximizing their artistic demands in a fixed area. 

What is provided?

A free initial consultation so we can meet and make sure I provide you with the best quality lineup of locally inspired art and photography. 


I will be able to establish your own person library of particular art and photography. Each library contains at least 300 high quality, high resolution photographs of museum quality photography. 


Scheduled updates of new photography will be available for you to add or replace to your existing art and photo selections.

Special order photography

Who is this for?

Special order photography is for clients who have a particular need for a one-of-a-kind print; whether it be landscape, property or product/art. 

What is provided?

A free initial consultation is included when an appointment is scheduled. 


After the consultation, an estimate will be emailed. 


Drone and traditional photography are available. 

Cost

Cost is subject to outcome of free consultation.


Most prices will include my rate of $250 per hour with a minimum of two hours plus the cost of the choice of print, frame and delivery. 


An average cost of a medium size photograph (16x20) is $800 (without frame)

Photograph restoration & Colorization

Who is this for?

This is for people who have older/vintage or damaged photographs who would like to have a copy of their original in repaired condition, or restored up to color addition.

What is provided?

A free initial consultation is included and is performed in the form of an email once I receive the photograph. 


After the consultation, an estimate will be emailed. 


Various options will be made available based on the outcome of photograph inspection. Options range from damage repair, to clarification and full restoration with added color.

Prices usually begin at $120


Digital copies are free and newly printed copies are subject to print requirements.
